What is my current role?

Currently, I am working for the Digital Skills Academy in Dublin.

I am an experienced UX Coach & CX Coordinator. In my current role, I coach multiple cross-functional teams of designers, coders, project managers and marketers through a 12-15 week UX focused digital proof of concept project. I coach and mentor these cross-functional teams through the following phases of UX design:

Strategy – defining user needs and business goals
Scope – gather requirement specifications
Structure – Information architecture
Skeleton – Navigation and layout
Surface – Visual User Interface Design

I am also responsible for customer retention, experience, and work on improving the overall experience of our customers using our learning management system (LMS).
